My dog always loved these but the last several bags I’ve bought have been very small bones and/or flat bones that I have to toss out because he is a large dog and we don’t want to worry about him choking or a bone getting stuck on his jaw. They have also gone up by several dollars over the last year, which I understand due to the beef economy, but higher prices and lower quality just isn’t sustainable. Unfortunately we won’t be buying these any longer, much to my dog’s disappointment.

The four marrow bones arrived quickly. They were frozen and packed in dry ice. I boiled two of them for a short time to sterilize and soften up the marrow. My dogs love them; it keeps them busy for a long time.

The bones are great but when I started with my subscription, I was paying no shipping and then the last order the shipping was $15 and I canceled. I’m not paying $15 to get phones delivered to my house.

The product is great but the shipping materials are very poor. By the time the bones arrived, the cold packs had completely melted and evaporated. The bones were chilled but most definitely not frozen. These need to be shipped on dry ice, especially in summer months.
Have given our dogs other products of this nature but they just seem to really enjoy Barkleys.

The product is great. But they cannot ship a box and get the product to you still frozen. Repeatedly reported issues, they were very accommodating and willing to reship product if it was necessary. I’ve canceled my subscription because of the bad conditions of the boxes and shipping.
My boys have loved these bones; only qualm I have is that the last shipment arrived luke-warm so please revisit how you package because I don't want my pups getting sick!

My dogs love, love, love these bones. So much so they will turn thier noses up at anytjing elae i offer them. There is only one atore who sells them localky and they seel out fast. Thankfully i can get these ahopped to me packed inndry ice. Buying in bulk is nevessary atbthis point. Great prodoct!
