Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. We pack all frozen items with dry ice to make sure they arrive frozen and fresh.

Our Products

What products does Barkley’s offer?

We offer premium raw and single-ingredient treats including:

  • Raw Frozen Bowls (complete & balanced meals)
  • Bone Marrow Bones and Raw Recreational Bones
  • Freeze-Dried Treats & Toppers
  • Whole Organ Cuts like chicken hearts, turkey hearts, and more

Everything we make is made from real, raw meat — no fillers, no preservatives.

Where are Barkley’s products made?

All of our raw bones and bowls are processed in a USDA-certified facility in Modesto, California. Quality you’d expect for yourself — now for your dog.

What makes Barkley’s different?

We only use USDA-certified, human-grade meat. Our food is either flash-frozen or freeze-dried to naturally preserve nutrition — with no additives, no shortcuts, and no compromises.

Feeding & Usage

How should I feed raw bones?

Bones are meant as a treat, not a meal. Serve straight from the freezer, never cooked. Supervise your dog at all times, and keep fresh water nearby.

How do I serve frozen bowls or organ cuts?

Thaw in the fridge overnight, or use cold water to speed things up. Keep unused portions in the fridge and use within 2–3 days.

Can I use freeze-dried treats as toppers?

Yes! They make great boosters for picky eaters, easy rewards for training, or just a little extra protein on top of your dog’s usual meal.

Is Barkley’s good for puppies?

Absolutely. Our raw products provide essential nutrients for growth — just introduce slowly and monitor digestion. Always talk to your vet when transitioning puppies.

How often should I give my dog a bone?

We recommend 1–2 times per week depending on your dog’s size and diet. Too much bone can lead to constipation, so moderation is key.

Is it normal for my dog’s stool to change on raw food?

Yes. Raw-fed dogs often have smaller, firmer, less frequent stools. If you see loose stools, reduce portions and ease into the transition more gradually.

Safety & Quality

Are raw bones safe for dogs?

Yes — especially when raw and frozen. We use beef bones, which are more durable and less likely to splinter. Never cook a raw bone, and always supervise chew time.

What if my dog swallows a bone fragment?

Most dogs digest small bone fragments just fine. If your dog shows signs of discomfort, stop feeding and check with your vet.

Are your freeze-dried products raw?

Yes. Freeze-drying removes moisture without heat, so all the raw nutrients are preserved — shelf-stable and travel-friendly.

How do you ensure food safety?

All Barkley’s products are made in a USDA/SQF-certified facility with strict safety and hygiene standards. We only produce in small batches to maintain quality and freshness.

Storage & Handling

How should I store frozen products?

Keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to serve. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 2–3 days.

Do freeze-dried treats need to be refrigerated?

Nope. Just seal the bag and store in a cool, dry place. They’re shelf-stable and perfect for travel or training.

Do your products get messy?

Sometimes — and that’s a good sign. Raw bones are rich and juicy. We suggest feeding on a wipeable surface, in a crate, or outdoors. Have a towel handy and always keep water close by.

LOVED BY DOGS, TRUSTED BY FAMILIES.

Our ranch dogs Johnny and Jeter at 9 years old were notoriously picky eaters. Their coats were dull and they were generally sluggish. Since switching to Barkley’s Bowls, they are waiting on the porch to eat twice a day like clockwork. The biggest change however is in their coats and behavior. Super shiny happy dogs!

— Lab Retriever Mix

Just started our boy on this and he ABSOLUTELY LOVESSS IT! He’s never been happier to get to his bowl.

— French Bull Dog

Moose is now a  7 month old German Shorthaired Pointer and clearly finding his confidence and independence. Barkley’s Bites are a crucial training tool to help him stay focused on whatever behavior we are working on.  Our sessions are always successful when I’ve got plenty of Barkley’s Bites ready to go!

— Emily, Daisy’s mom

We’ve been huge fans of Barkley’s Bag for years! These frozen raw bones keep Murphy busy for hours and are great for hot summer days. The freeze-dried treats and toppers are so yummy and the perfect addition to her meals – she loves them!
