Shipping Policy

We ship our products with care so they arrive in great condition. This policy explains where we ship, how we pack frozen items, order timing, and what to do if there is an issue.


Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States. Some remote locations may be unavailable for frozen delivery.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for frozen items.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.


Shipping Schedule for Frozen Items

  • To keep transit time short, frozen orders typically ship early in the week.

  • Orders placed after our midweek cutoff may ship the following Monday to prevent weekend delays.

  • Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


Packaging and Cold Chain

  • Frozen items are packed in insulated materials with dry ice or gel packs.

  • It is normal for dry ice to be partially or fully evaporated on arrival. Products may arrive firm-chilled rather than rock solid and still be safe to refreeze if cold to the touch.

  • Handle boxes with care. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Let any remaining dry ice evaporate in a well-ventilated area, away from children and pets.


Transit Times and Rates

  • Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on address and order size.

  • Expedited shipping may be available for frozen orders.


Delivery

  • Carriers may deliver without a signature. Please bring packages indoors promptly and store frozen items in the freezer.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check around your property and with neighbours before contacting the carrier.


Warm Weather and Seasonal Delays

  • During hot weather or severe conditions, we may adjust shipping days or methods to protect product quality.

  • Carrier delays caused by weather or events outside our control are not refundable, but we’ll work with you to resolve issues whenever possible.


Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting an order. We cannot be responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Undeliverable frozen packages cannot be reshipped once thawed. Contact us for options.


Damaged or Thawed on Arrival

  • If your order arrives damaged or thawed, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Returns for Perishable Items

  • Perishable items, including frozen raw food and bones, cannot be returned by mail.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders are prepared quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or shipped.
