Refund & Returns Policy

At Barkley’s, we want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (raw frozen food, treats, and consumables), we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and non-perishable items.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@barkleysbag.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@barkleysbag.com.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items, including frozen raw food and bones, cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

  • If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
