Returns

Due to the nature of our products (raw frozen food, treats, and consumables), we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and non-perishable items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@barkleysbag.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@barkleysbag.com.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items, including frozen raw food and bones, cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
