With warmer weather becoming an everyday thing, I’m starting to cross off more and more items from my summer bucket list. The item I’m looking forward to most is a road trip! My human’s friends at Pan Pacific RV Center set us up with a new home away from home for this summer’s adventures. Don’t worry about missing any of the comforts of home, it has everything: a bed big enough for humans and pups, a shower to wash off muddy paws, and even a freezer for my bones! When preparing for my summer long road trip, I told the humans we must make a packing list. We can’t forget anything and we must be prepared for everything! Maybe we will hike, swim, or visit a new dog park. I have to look my best for all of the new friends I will meet.
Barkley’s Summer Road Trip Packing List:
- Leash & Collar
- Hiking Booties
- Flannel & Sweater (my favorites are Dog Threads)
- Poop Bags
- Food
- Bowls
- Bed
- Frisbee
- BONES! (the most important thing on the list)
The human said that none of his stuff was on the packing list, but I think we both agreed that my stuff was way more important. Now that the packing is over, I can start to plan our many trips, for this summer. Yosemite? Santa Cruz? Lake Tahoe? San Diego? San Luis Obispo? Join us for all of those and more!
